ICG Properties, along with The JBG Companies, transformed this property into one of the premier office properties in Washington, D.C. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, and leased by Miller & Chevalier, this trophy-class office building was sold at a record-setting price to an affiliate of the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund in 2016.
Located at 1050 31st St. along the C&O Canal in historic Georgetown, Washington, D.C., this former office building was transformed into a 49-key boutique hotel by Castleton Holdings and ICG Properties. The hotel was sold in 2016 at a record-setting price and now operates as the Rosewood Washington, D.C.
Located at 901 F St. W Washington, D.C., this award-winning redevelopment project has been celebrated for the synergy it achieved between the original restored building and new eight-story office building, connected by a signature six-story glass atrium. Headquarters to the Gallup Organization, this building was sold in 2004 for a record-setting price.

Barbara Baschieri


Barbara started her career in 1998 at Weber Associates in Virginia, U.S., working as a marketing and communications consultant in the telecommunications sector. She worked there until 2006, assisting clients such as Sprint and AT&T. After moving with her family to Dubai, Barbara joined Elwan Group in 2010 to coordinate interior design for the firm’s real estate initiatives. She then joined 5 Senses Design in 2018, helping coordinate sales and marketing for a number of boutique Italian furniture brands.

Barbara holds an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S., and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Parma in Italy. In 2015, she completed further studies in Interior Design at the Chelsea School of Arts, Dubai campus.
